Zip car basically pays you $1 to join

I just got this membership through Living Social, and I think it's a really good deal so I wanted to share.
I've been thinking about getting a zipcar membership ever since E's car died. For a while we had my mom's car and it was really useful, but neither of us really want to deal with parking.
I'm not sure where the zipcar places are in Park Slope but I am hoping there are some convenient ones.

Anyway, here's the deal: basically you buy the membership for $29 and you get the signup and $30 driving credit for free. Not bad.
