Desert boots for Mom

My mother wants to steal the Jeffrey Campbell desert boots that I got on sale last year.
I think instead, she should get these for herself:

They have a short heel, real suede upper, and rubber sole for good traction.
They also come in pink or black, but I think the taupe will go with more.
