Home Shopping: An Etagere for the Bathroom

We found an apartment. PRAISE THE LORD! It was quite the runaround. I saw some things that would make you cry. Have you ever seen a fridge full of black mold? I can now check that off my bucket list. We ended up getting what we wanted, in our price range, right around the corner from work. Goodbye, long commute! Hello, sleeping in!

So now the great furniture hunt begins. I can't lie, we need a lot. We're bringing a bed and a few bookshelves and that's basically it. I've been working on prioritizing the list of things we need to see what to tackle first- sleeper sofa? Sooner than later. Nightstands? Eh, maybe we can wait. Bathroom storage? NEED ASAP. My love of bath products is widely known (and it's contagious, so Marc caught the bug as well). What is it about buying a new shampoo or lotion that can put some extra pep in my step? I don't know. But I do know I'm going to need to add some extra storage over the toilet of our somewhat cramped new bathroom to be able to hold it all. Here's a few étagère options. Isn't that fancy? Étagère? I've also seen them called "over the john storage", but no way will I have something with that name in my house.

3 Piece Set, with towel rack and magazine basket. Not so crazy about the open ones- I prefer to hide my clutter away a bit.

SEI Reserve Deluxe White Spacesaver. I like the drawers, that could be helpful for all the little stuff, lip balms and what not. I see the owners of the pictured unit had enough room to dedicate this cabinet to their sea sponge collection. I should be so lucky.

White Nassau Louvered Bathroom Set. This, to me, looks perfect. Drawers and cabinet space, all completely opaque so I can hide away all my embarrassing beauty buys. Listen people, I can't look the way I do naturally, there is MAINTENANCE involved. PRODUCTS are needed. Like Dolly Parton said, it takes a lot of money to look this cheap.
