Cyberoptix: Ties with a Face

Another way for a man to make a statement is with a tie. I've been experimenting lately with mostly skinny ties - it's a great way to turn ones life into an adaptation of West Side Story (great music, fantastic clothes, fake Puerto Ricans - what more could you want?) An older online tie store is Cyberoptix. Located in Detroit, I've always found their ties to be the right blend of teenage punk angst with a dash of typography nerd thrown in. Stripes on a piece of cloth has never been my idea of a power tie. Here are some of my favorites from their 2011 collection.
