This wireless speaker from Jawbone is funky and functional.
When it isn't in use, it looks like a cool art objet, and you don't have all the mess of wires.
The funniest/stupidest part is that when you buy one, you can also get the "Jamchain" for free, which lets you wear your speaker like a Flavor Flav-style necklace:
