How great is this antique brooch?
The pearls are natural South Sea pearls and those little extra bumps that form their heads are just how the pearls grew. I think this is such a smart way of dealing with an irregular shape.
One of the birds is sitting in a nest, and the branch they are on is platinum with diamonds embedded in it.
So cute!
