Have you ever wanted your lower half to look like a slightly deflated goth balloon? Me too.
This would be perfect for that.
I do actually like this, I am just trying to picture what the occasion I'd wear it on would be.
If I was a more daring person with the body I had when I was 17, I'd wear this with one of those bralette tops in a funky color and chunky booties. But then again, 17 yr old me would NEVER wear that.
