Boot dilemma

So I bought some boots from 6pm (these Tahari's), and they are too tall for my legs so I have to return them. Which puts me on the market for boots once again.

Here are some options I am considering and have been looking at for a while:
$247
Frye Dorado riding boots in bordeaux

$139
Frye Shirley cuffed dark brown

$139
Frye Missy Tall Cuff brown
These are the most like what I have been wanting, which are the crazy expensive Loeffler Randall Matildes.

$270 but I saw them in a store for $160ish
Corso Como whiskey leather
These are the only ones I've actually tried on and I know they fit my calves which is important. They have a zipper up the back which I don't love but could be ok.

Which ones should I get? especially if I am down to the Corso Comos or the Frye Missys?

***UPDATE*** I ended up getting the Corso Comos and they were marked down to $150 which was a good deal. I like them a lot and just started breaking them in today. They hurt a little at the heel but feel like they will stretch and be ok.

  1. I like both of the pairs you are leaning toward. I would pick the Comos as long as the toes aren't as freakishly large as they look in the photo- might just be an angle thing.

  2. I like the Frye Missys the best. The color is good, and I like the heel. They would be easy to walk in. BUT, I also like the button on the top of the Cosmos. God, decisions. Life is so hard.
